Student Government elections have been underway at NC State since Friday, Jan. 31, when filing for candidacy opened up to students, according to the Student Government website. This filing period is open until Sunday, Feb. 9 at 11 p.m.
The intent to run form can be found at go.ncsu.edu/runrunrun.
All elected positions in Student Government are up for election, including 59* Senate seats, student body president and student body vice president.
Campaigning officially begins on Friday, Feb. 21 and will continue until voting closes the week before spring break. Voting will open Monday, Mar. 2 at 8:00 p.m. and continue until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Mar. 3*.
An interest meeting will be held in Talley 4140 on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. Further information, including the full elections handbook, can be found on the Student Government website.
