2019 three-star wide receiver and Matthews, NC native Keyon Lesane has committed to NC State. The Butler High School product is the second commit of the day after head coach Dave Doeren and co. landed Heritage linebacker Drake Thomas also committed Friday.
Lesane picked up 38 catches for 736 yards and six touchdowns as a junior, also chipping in as a runner (32 carries, 267 yards, four scores), returner (120 yards, one touchdown) and defensive back (63 tackles, three pass breakups, three interceptions).
Lesane picked NC State over offers from other in-state schools in Appalachian State, UNC-Chapel Hill and East Carolina.
