UPDATE: All exams scheduled for 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning have been canceled and rescheduled for Sunday, Dec. 16 at 1 p.m., per an email from NC State. All exams scheduled for 1 p.m. or later will still be held as planned.

Following snow over the weekend, NC State has announced that it will postpone all exams scheduled for Monday, Dec. 10 to Saturday, Dec. 15 at their original times.
Students with exams originally intended for Monday at 8 a.m., for example, will take those exams on Saturday at 8 a.m. at the originally intended location.
Until midnight on Monday, the university is operating under Condition 2 of the UNC System adverse weather policy, which suspends some operations not essential to the university and cancels classes. This was originally planned to only last until 11 a.m.
According to the NC State Transportation website, the Wolfline Route 8 (southeast loop) will be the only bus route in service for most of the day, until 6 p.m., while all other buses will cease operations by 11 a.m.
D. H. Hill opened at 8 a.m. and will remain open overnight, while Hunt Library will close at 10 p.m., according to the NC State Libraries website. Hunt will reopen on Tuesday at 8 a.m., should weather conditions permit.
The NC State Dining website indicates that Fountain, Clark and Case Dining Halls will all close at 8 p.m., and restaurants in Talley will close by 9 p.m. The Atrium is closed through the entirety of Monday, and some Port City Java locations are open today, though not all for full hours.
As of right now, dining halls are scheduled to be open for regular hours tomorrow, Tuesday Dec. 11, and the Atrium is also scheduled to be open tomorrow. These hours are subject to change, so students should keep up with email updates from the university and check the university’s dining website periodically.
ABC11 reports that the Raleigh-Durham International Airport has received 7 inches of snow, more than the average 6 inches of snow per season.
