During my days as the College Bowl committee chairman on the Union Activities Board, I got the opportunity to work on various occasions with Tom Stafford. He was always easy to talk to, listened to what you said, and gave great feedback and suggestions. It’s hard for me to believe that he’s retiring. The next building they build on campus should have his name on it. He was N.C. State to me, and I’m proud to have gotten to know him.
