With the rise of technology, smartphone apps and social media, the times of print publications have changed, and until now, we haven’t changed with them.
If you had the chance to pick up a copy of last week’s Technician, you would have noticed that we’re switching things up. This year, we are changing our format, placing a heavier emphasis on design and taking steps to redefining ourselves as a web-first publication and not just a daily newspaper.
Starting this fall, we will only be publishing twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. Doing so will allow us to align ourselves with the state of print publications and the times of digital media.
