“Restaurant Impossible: AMBUSH,” a reality show on Food Network, revamped SiP Bistro, a Holly Springs wine bar, coffeehouse and restaurant, Tuesday and Wednesday. The show, which stars Chef Robert Irvine, aims to help struggling restaurants gain sales by reworking the menu, decorations and management strategies. The show’s crew used two days and $10,000 to complete its makeover. The restaurant reopened Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. The Food Network is scheduled to air the episode in April.
