The Technician will be hosting a debate for the candidates currently running for student body president and vice president tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the Talley Governance Chambers.
The debate, located in room 4140 of Talley Student Union, is being put on by the Technician in partnership with the Afrikan American Student Advisory Council, WKNC 88.1 FM and NC State Student Government. The debate is open to the public.
The debate will begin with a series of questions for the candidates lead by moderators from the Technician and the Afrikan American Student Advisory Council. Following these questions, audience members will have the opportunity to ask the candidates questions.
The debate will only feature candidates for student body president and vice president. A list of all the candidates running can be found at sg.students.ncsu.edu/elections/candidate-information.
Polls open Monday at 8 p.m. and close Tuesday at 8 p.m.
