Ham and Cheese Sliders
This savory spin on the lunchbox classic is sure to please. Ham and cheese slices are melted between velvety rolls and glazed in a zesty sauce, packing a powerful punch. Jazz up your tailgate spread with this satisfying staple.

Ingredients:
24 King’s Hawaiian “Original Hawaiian Sweet” dinner rolls
1/2 cup butter [1 stick]
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons poppy seed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound thinly sliced ham
1 pound thinly sliced cheese
Aluminum foil or 13”x9” baking dish
Nonstick baking spray
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease aluminum foil or baking dish.
Melt butter; add Dijon mustard, onion powder, poppy seed and Worcestershire sauce.
Slice the rolls horizontally and lightly coat the mixture on tops and bottoms. Fill the rolls evenly with ham. You may slice the Swiss so it fits appropriately on the rolls.
Spread remaining butter mixture over rolls and garnish with poppy seed.
Bake sandwiches for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The sliders are ready to serve once the rolls are golden brown.
Chocolate Football Strawberries
Kick off football season with this festive treat. Fragrant strawberries and silky chocolate make for a refreshing dessert in any weather. With the help of a microwave, these football strawberries couldn’t be easier.
Prep time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:
1½ cups of milk chocolate morsels
¼ cup of white chocolate morsels
Wax paper
24 strawberries
Piping bag
Piping tip
Preparation:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the milk chocolate morsels for 30 seconds. Heat for additional 30-second increments until the morsels are melted.
Hold the strawberries by the leaves and dip them in the chocolate. Place the strawberries on wax paper to cool for approximately 15 minutes.
Microwave the white chocolate morsels for 20 seconds, repeating with 20-second increments. Be wary; white chocolate has a lower burning point than its cocoa counterpart.
Once melted, pour the white chocolate into the piping bag and embellish the strawberries with pseudo cross-stitches. Serve the strawberries within 24 hours of preparation.
