Krispy Kreme Challenge Costumes

Brock Johnston, a junior at Leesville Road High School, stuffs multiple doughnuts into his mouth during the 12th Annual Krispy Kreme Challenge outside of Kripsy Kreme on N. Persons St. The race is five miles long broken up by eating a dozen doughnuts in the middle of the race.

Brian Moloney and Jaime Riego, exchange students dressed as bananas, finish the race with their doughnuts in hand. "This is what we wore tailgating at all the football games last semester so we thought we'd keep it up," said Moloney. This was their first time running the race.
