The sixth-annual Pinhole Camera Photography Challenge Exhibition displays photographs from the Pinhole Camera Challenge, showcasing the creativity of students in their view of campus and use of photography skills. The exhibition is located in the Crafts Center located in Thompson Hall and will be available through Oct. 30.
The competition challenged students to take photos of NC State’s campus using a pinhole camera.
Participating students received a pinhole lens and directions on how to build a box camera. They also learned how to use their cameras and process the images using the Craft Center’s darkroom.
Students had the option to turn in three of their best photos of campus at the end of the day to be judged. Ten photos were selected to be enlarged and displayed at the entrance to the Crafts Center.
