The subject in the incident at the Brickyard was arrested this weekend, University Police Chief Jack Moorman confirmed Monday.
The subject is Christopher Steven Ramos-Rosales and is 24 years old. He is charged with disorderly conduct.
The “Brickyard Preacher” and his family were the victims in the situation last week. The Brickyard preacher had his permit for public assembly, and therefore could assemble on the Brickyard.
Ramos-Rosales approached and threatened the Brickyard preacher and his family.
