Juliette Grimmet t, Women’s Center assistant director, resigned Tuesday afternoon.
Her resignation is the most recent in a series of staff shifts in the Women’s Center. Former center director, Rhonda Summit, is concerned.
“Two or three others have left in the past few weeks, I believe this needs attention,” Summit said. “I am a concerned campus citizen.”
In her letter of resignation, Grimmet t said the Center’s new director, Ashley Simons-Rudolph, has acted inappropriately. Furthermore, she cites Joanne Woodard, vice provost for institutional equity and diversity, as being at equal fault for not properly addressing her concerns with the new administration.
