The College Publisher server is having problems updating Technician‘s newest issue. The company experienced difficulties yesterday as well, as the Thursday edition e-mail did not go out until last night.
In a letter sent to College Publisher users, the company wrote: “Thank you for your continued patience with the technical problems we have been experiencing. We understand your frustration and are working to our capacity to correct the problems. We know that it can be increasingly frustrating to experience lapses in service during peak hours and not hear any updates on progress.”
College Publisher said it had been performing maintenance and upgrades to the server, which had trickle down effects that created problems for a number of schools’ sites.
Technician apologizes for the delay and we will work to get the site updated as soon as possible.
