St. Patrick’s Day pie is an easy treat that can be made in advance for any party. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and add some Oreos for a more decadent chocolate flavor.
Jazz up your St. Patrick’s Day festivities with a silky ice cream pie.
Yield: 2 pies
Ingredients:
2 Oreo pie crusts
1 container of mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 8 ounce container of Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup and Oreos (optional)
Preparation:
Let ice cream soften.
Mix with one container of Cool Whip.
Pour ice cream into piecrusts.
Put the pies in the freezer for three hours.
Garnish with chocolate syrup and/or Oreos.
