Whether it’s for game day or a potluck dinner party, buffalo chicken dip gets the job done. It captures the unforgettable tang of buffalo chicken wings, but without having to deal with fryers and the mess. Savory hot sauce, chicken, melted cheeses and notes of zesty ranch combine in what is arguably the epitome of comfort food. The recipe can be made with a slow cooker or an oven; either way, it won’t last long.

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (about 2 cups)
- 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup of Hidden Valley ranch salad dressing
- 2/3 cup of Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- ½ cup of blue cheese crumbles or shredded cheese of choice

- Combine all ingredients.
- Shred the chicken. I highly recommend using a fresh chicken breast or rotisserie chicken. Alternative recipes call for canned chicken, but it usually tastes like metal.
- Oven method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place mixture into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir prior to serving.
- Slow cooker method: Place mixture into small slow cooker. Heat on the high setting for one and a half hours or on low for three hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels and/or celery sticks.
