Welcome to our lucky seventh episode! It’s a slow time for game releases, just after E3 and before PAX and Tokyo Game Show, so we thought we’d take a look back into history at the video games with the best narratives from each of our perspectives.
Join me, Host Rich Lepore, Co-host Tim MacNeil and Returning Special Guest Jordan Alsaqa as we explore our favorite stories in video games. From traditional role-playing game tales of adventure like Final Fantasy X and Golden Sun, to more experimental narratives found in games like Braid and Flower, our individual top five lists run the gamut from tried and true to revolutionary and new.
These games and stories are the reason we call ourselves gamers today, and are at the root of the joy of gaming. So come on a journey into sight, sound and story with us…it’s bound to be an exciting trip!
