Civil Engineering sophomore Spencer Bowman plays his Vuvuzela at Chillin’ and Grillin’ by the Inter-Fraternity Council on Tucker Beach Aug. 18. “It matches my attire, so I thought I’d bring it,” Bowman said. “We got it at Good Will for like 50 cents.”. IFC president Peter Barnes, said they expect to feed 4000 at the event. It was hosted by IFC and IRC and featured a live band.
