Finals week can be stressful and exhausting. Take a break from studying and come to one of the home basketball games this week.
Thursday, Dec. 5
7 p.m. Women’s basketball vs. Maryland (Reynolds Coliseum)
The No. 13 NC State women’s basketball team (8-0) will face Big 10 opponent No. 9 Maryland (7-1) in Reynolds. The B1G/ACC challenge started Wednesday for NC State with a men’s basketball game against Wisconsin. For the women, based on overall record, Maryland is tied for first in its conference, while the Pack is tied for first in the ACC.
The next home game will not be until Dec. 15 against Elon, so make sure to show out to this impressive top-15 match.
Saturday, Dec. 7
2 p.m. Men’s basketball at Wake Forest (Winston-Salem, N.C.)
With the second ACC game of the season, the men’s basketball team (5-2, 0-1 ACC) will play Wake Forest (5-3, 0-1 ACC). The last ACC game for the Pack was against Georgia Tech, losing 82-81 in an intense game to kick off the season. This will be the first of two meetings with the Demon Deacons, the second will be the last game of the year.
Although it’s not at home, ACC play will not resume until January, so this game is the only other opportunity to see ACC competition until then.
