On October 12, 2021, press and men’s basketball coaches and athletes from each of the ACC universities converged in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the ACC Basketball Tipoff, a large preseason press conference event. The Wolfpack was represented by coach Kevin Keatts, redshirt junior Manny Bates and senior Jericole Hellems as they answered questions on the transfer process, the identity of the team and more.
