There are further reduced dining operations. Centennial Campus Student Health is closed, and libraries have reduced hours. Details are below.
In addition to extending spring break and transitioning to online classes, certain facilities are either closed indefinitely or have alternate hours of operation as a response to developments with COVID-19.
NC State University Police will remain fully operational.
Witherspoon Student Center will be closed until further notice, and Talley Student Union will be open with limited hours and dining options. The whole of Talley is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with restaurants remaining open as late as 7 p.m. Talley, with the exceptions of Tuffy’s Diner and Talley Market, will be closed on weekends.
Dining facilities will transition operations to provide takeout or similar options, as of Tuesday, March 17, and minimal campus dining facilities will remain open to serve the small number of students who receive an on-campus housing exception and employees.
Dining Halls
Both Clark and Case are closed, but Fountain has alternate hours of operation.

Food Court
Atrium Food Court and On The Oval are closed, but Talley Pavilions is functional during alternate hours.

Restaurants
All restaurants in the Atrium Food Court are closed. Other closed restaurants are Red Sky Pizza Company, 1887 Bistro and One Earth World Cuisine, located in Talley, and everything in the Oval. The State Club Restaurant has closed down until further notice. Wolves’ Den and Terrace Dining Room are also closed. Other restaurants have alternate hours as listed below.

Los Lobos Mexican Grill – Talley | 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Cafe
All cafes on campus are now closed except for the Port City Java located in Talley, which is operating under the following hours:

C-Stores
Talley Market is the only C-Store still open on campus.

Wellness and Recreation has canceled all programs as of Tuesday, March 17, and Carmichael Gym and Recreation Center are closed in addition to Casey Aquatics Center and Miller and Method Fields.
Student Health Services is asking that all prescription refills be picked up at the Student Health Services Pharmacy between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Also, as of Monday, March 16, all primary care appointments for both Main Campus and Centennial Campus must be made by calling the appointments number at 919-515-2563. Student Health Services is open on Main Campus, but is closed on Centennial Campus, and is open Monday through Friday during the following hours:

Tuesday | 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Counseling Center will remain available for students by calling 919-515-2423, and all services will be available remotely through phone or video. The center will not be open for walk-ins or face-to-face meetings with students.
Feed the Pack has indefinitely changed its hours of operation for both patrons and volunteers. Additionally, rather than having patrons shop around the pantry, they will be provided with bags of pre-selected food items, as an attempt to minimize contact between patrons and volunteers and the touching of surfaces.

Libraries
Both James B. Hunt Jr. Library and D.H. Hill Jr. Library are operating under revised hours. Hill and Hunt are open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. On the weekends, only D.H. Hill Jr. will be open. Its hours will be noon to 5 p.m. The full schedule for library hours can be found here. A university or college ID is required for entry effective Monday, March 16, as library access has been limited to NC State, UNC System and Cooperating Raleigh Colleges affiliates.
