-Get the suggested eight hours of sleep per night whenever possible.
“During midterms or finals when you’re cramming for tests and you’re up long hours and there’s a lot of stress, [students] are at a higher risk of getting a cold or the flu,” Bruce MacDonald, a biosafety specialist in the department of Environmental Health and Safety, said.
-Wash your hands frequently. Use liquid soap whenever possible. Bar soap or foam soap are not as effective.
