It’s a slower week for NC State sports home events, but there is plenty of soccer for you to enjoy. Here are this week’s upcoming games.
Saturday, Sept. 14th
7 p.m. Men’s soccer vs. Boston College (Dail Soccer Field)
Men’s soccer starts off ACC play against a strong Boston College team. The Pack is looking to bounce back after a 1-1 (2OT) draw at William & Mary this past Tuesday night while the Eagles (4-0) are hoping to continue their four-game winning streak to start their season. This is NC State’s first home game since September 6th, so it’s sure to be exciting.
Sunday, Sept. 15th
1 p.m. Women’s Soccer vs. Furman (Dail Soccer Field)
The Pack returns home this week for a match against the Furman Paladins (4-2). Both teams will be on short rest as they each play Thursday the 12th as well. Senior midfielder Tziarra King is the Wolfpack’s leading scorer so far with two goals and an assist on the season, and she’ll be working to improve those numbers this Sunday night. It is also alumni weekend, so come out to support Wolfpack women’s soccer through the years.
Tuesday, Sept. 17th
7 p.m. Men’s soccer vs. College of Charleston (Dail Soccer Field)
The second game this week for the Pack is against the College of Charleston (1-2-1). The last matchup between these two teams was back in 2015, and the Wolfpack came out on top 2-0. This will be the last home game until October so come catch some great soccer and soak in the atmosphere from your NC State Red Terrors.
