Fradella started Martian Creations to combine her love for crocheting and her eccentric artistic style. This was her 3rd year coming to SPARKcon. The bazzarSPARK section of SPARKcon was reserved for local artisans and vendors.

A memory map is designed for people to write down a memory and place it as if it were a landmark on a map. This display was sponsored by the Triangle chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The purpose is to demonstrate how the most important memories in life are often tied to a location that was designed by an architect. This took place on Fayetteville Street during SPARKcon on 9/19.
