Aaron Keane, part-time lecturer and film and television music operator at Trailblazer Studios, says, "Our long-term goal is that we are able to start a music technology minor here at NC State." Keane teaches a digital audio songwriting course with a digital audio workstation. Equipment like the kind used in the digital audio workstation is worth over $10,000 and is available to students for free.

The bowling lanes at The Alley are empty as all the pins and balls were set aside to be sold during the bowling alley's silent auction on Sunday. Photo prints, neon beer logo signs, entire ball return machines, and other memorabilia were auctioned off while people looking for a smaller piece of history could purchase a bowling pin, bowling ball or a pair of shoes. The empty retail space on Hillsborough Street is slated to become a mini Target.

This year's Theatrefest presents a series of Agatha Christie productions and events. Carliles has been involved in local productions put on by Cary Players, Raleigh Little Theater, and NRACT. Jones is a Raleigh native involved in productions put on by NC Theatre, Burning Coal, Theatre Raleigh, and Justice Theatre Project. "Something's Afoot" is led by: Rachel Klem, Director; Julie A.
